How we work

Six steps, and you know where you are at every one.

This is the process we run on every project. Your dedicated manager owns it end to end and sends a written status update every week: done, next, risks, costs.

1. Brief

Week 1

We capture your concept, target market, price point, quantity, launch date and the certifications your market requires. If you're starting from an idea, we run a short discovery session and write the brief with you.

You provideConcept, references, target market, budget range, timeline
You receiveDevelopment brief, feasibility notes, rough cost and timeline band

2. Source & quote

Week 2–3

We shortlist the manufacturers and component suppliers that fit your product and volume, negotiate pricing, and deliver one consolidated quote with lead times: a production unit price per SKU, testing, and freight. No separate development fee.

You provideFeedback on the shortlist and quote, go / no-go
You receiveConsolidated quote, factory recommendation, project timeline

3. Sample

Week 3–8

Lab samples are developed and shipped to you with structured feedback forms. We revise texture, scent, color and performance until you sign off. Packaging mock-ups and artwork run in parallel so nothing waits.

You provideSample feedback per round, artwork approval
You receiveLab samples, packaging mock-ups, revision log, final sign-off sheet

4. Comply

Parallel, 4–12 weeks

Stability, challenge, safety and efficacy tests run on the approved formula while packaging tooling proceeds. We manage registration dossiers and certification audits for your markets so registration is ready when the goods land.

You provideMarket list, responsible-person details, claims wish list
You receiveTest reports, certificates, registration confirmations, label review

5. Produce

Week 10–16

A pilot batch confirms the process, then bulk production, filling and assembly run at the selected CGMP factory. Our team is on site for key stages and sends photo and video reports; a pre-shipment inspection closes the step.

You providePilot approval, final quantity confirmation
You receiveProduction reports, batch records, CoA, inspection report

6. Ship

Delivery

Goods are stored, consolidated and shipped by air, sea or express to your warehouse, 3PL or marketplace, with export documents prepared. We stay available for reorders, complaints and the next SKU.

You provideDelivery address and import requirements
You receiveShipping documents, tracking, after-sales support, reorder plan
